You will be asked to provide Conn with the collateral materials you presently use to promote, market and sell your product/property. This will give Conn a feel for what you believe is the order of importance of your product and services.

Analyse your existing market-base, marketing and sales strategy:
You will be asked to provide Conn with the manner in which you presently develop business for all market segments. Conn will analyse all that information to see how it can be augmented for developing more business from the U.S. Market. He will also make suggestions to optimize your domestic marketing.

Provide a Professional Internet Marketing Analysis & Web Presence Analysis:
NOBODY CARES HOW GREAT YOUR WEBSITE IS.... at least, not until they find it! You will receive a PROFESSIONAL website evaluation of your current web presence with recommendations to improve it for maximum optimization. If your site appears anywhere lower than page 1 of the search engines, it's like you don't exist. This evaluation will show you how to become #1 on Google®, Yahoo® and Bing® Your Internet Marketing Analysis is just for you. It will contain valuable and private information, customized for the exact needs of your business and not the kind of thing you'd want your competitors to see. It will be protected as vital business information by us and you should protect it too. Once you have the analysis, you will have several options to start improving your web presence and continue the PROFESSIONAL web optimizing service for a monthly fee (separate from Conn's Consulting fee).

Personalized 'follow-up' marketing. Set-Up and first month fees for a personalized, customized, greeting card service with customized design of first card:
As part of the consulting package you will be registered for a personalized, customized and professional greeting card service to contact all your past clients/guests in the USA. You have had them once: why not get them back and get their referrals as well! This is a service Conn has used for years with great success as it makes your contact with your clients/guests very personalized. You will have received a personalized greeting card from me, showing your property/company is high quality. The message is personally addressed to you and it will have 'grabbed' your attention. You will be shown how to make that happen to all of your past clients/guests and then watch the repeat business and referrals increase! Your package includes 100 points and $25 in postage expense for the first month. These cards are controlled through your account on a website and each card will cost about 3 points and $0.45 in postage and mailed from an address in the USA to your former clients/guests in the USA. We will cover the first month cost - approximately 30 cards!

Analyse how you deliver the service/product for a U. S. client:
Conn will put himself into the shoes of a U.S. client who wishes to use your service or product and provide advice on what may need to be improved or added to what you already deliver now.

Six months of telephone support and cooperation to make sure all is fulfilled and continued advice and consultation with Conn:
Conn will set up a schedule of telephone calls with you to monitor the consulting advice and provide a continuous stream of assistance. He will provide updates on your website optimization and the success of the new marketing strategy.

Inclusion of your property on Conn's Recommended List complete with description, personalized introduction and recommendation:
You will be included in 'Conn's Recommended List' of services and properties. The initial access for a potential client would be through a link on our website home web page. Conn's recommendation will be published for them to read and then they can 'Click through' from Conn's Recommended List to your website. There will also be a blog describing why clients should patronize those on the 'Recommended List' as they will know that Conn has assisted in making their experience of your service a HIGH QUALITY one.

One 'on site' visit by Conn during the Level Two period:
Conn will make an appointment to visit you 'on site' to have an opportunity to discuss everything and to meet with your staff and experience your services. This would include a discussion on how well you are satisfied with the marketing optimization plan.

Customized designing of your Greeting Cards by our graphic designer, on a fee per card basis:
We can provide graphic design services for you. We are very familiar with how to translate your image and services into the greeting card templates. Our services will be available to you to design your greeting card campaigns. The cost of her services will be negotiated after we know what will be needed for your marketing.

Introduction of your product or service to U. S. companies and agents most likely to have your clients:
Conn will make his extensive contacts within the USA available to expose your product or service. This will provide you access to those companies, agents and likely persons who can include your product or service into their plans.

TWO 'On site' evaluations, support and consulting during the 6 months:
Conn will make a multiple appointment schedule to visit you 'on site' to have an opportunity to have a continuing dialog and monitor the results of the consulting and provide additional recommendations as the year progresses.
